People please dont trust this agency. They did daylight robbery with us. Our trip for April 2020 to Maldives got cancelled due to pandemic. And when we asked for the refund they were not willing to do. We did background work and collected proof against them by calling to the airlines and the resort directly. After that,they did some 30 percent refund and for the rest, we dint still get the money. They are giving some lame reasons and told only credit note can be given and that too we can only travel to maldives, they are not ready to give package for travel in India also and when we said okay for Maldives travel itself, they gave high packages crossing our budget but in their website they had very cheap packages with the same agenda. 80000 INR is still pending with them. They are thinking they tricked us and can escape with this.God is watching all this, defenitely they will face the consequences. Especially Ajoy from their team, treated us very badly.
One advise is , choose agencies from your own locality. These Delhi agencies are taking advantage of this.
