We had booked 8N/9D trip to Sikkim gangtok - lachen-lachung-pelling-Darjling . Overall trip was great. There were few minor things regarding hotels which was handled very well by Karuna.

Initially, I was a little bit suspicious and was going ahead with MakeMyTrip, I thought for a moment and made a call to karuna ji, she cleared all my doubts and modified itineraries as per my plan.
Throughout the journey, she was always available when needed and did her best to resolve things. There were some minor hiccups while doing check-in in One of Darjeeling's hotels and after her intervention, they shifted us to another room, Apart from this all things were done as mentioned in the itineraries. The cabs were clean and the drivers were good and helpful.

Those who are planning to visit Sikkim, go ahead with Bina's travels. They are experienced, always happy to help and will not bother you again-2 for payment.

Tips for travelers:  Prefer heater cabs if you are traveling in winter, especially for lachen and lachung.
