No Ratings, company travel agent made false commitments and spoiled our trip. After calling them lots of time they paid amount for our taxi and flight. The experience was too bad. We have raised a complaint in Grahak Suraksha and taken back once we got our money back. This is the lesson for all the companies that you need to check what commitments your employees are making on your behalf. They have given option for money back which was 10 to 15 days as per their policy. But why they want us to pay immediately for all the fares. I have all the copies and recordings.
