Casa Batllo

Casa Batllo, designed by Antoni Gaudi, is one of the most famous homes in Barcelona. The facade is a colorful mosaic of tiles in shades of blue, green, and red. Gaudi was inspired by nature, and you can see elements of plants and animals in the design of the home. The roof is a series of colorful ceramic tiles that look like waves. There are also several balconies that jut out from the facade, adding to the whimsical look of the home. Casa Batllo is open for tours, and you can explore the inside of the home as well. There is a small museum on the top floor that tells the story of Gaudi and his work.
