The Bodh Royal Bhutan Monastery is a Buddhist monastery located in the Thimphu Valley of Bhutan. The monastery is home to around 100 monks and is a popular tourist destination. The monastery was founded in the early 16th century by the first Druk Desi (prime minister) of Bhutan, Ngawang Namgyal.
