The Singda Dam is a gravity dam on the Manipur River near Singda, Manipur, India. The primary purpose of the dam is hydroelectric power generation and it supports a 1,020 MW power station. Construction on the dam began in 1972 and it was completed in 1982. The dam is managed by the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation.
