Izmir Museum of History & Art

The Izmir Museum of History and Art is a museum in Izmir, Turkey. The museum is housed in a historical building which was originally the home of the British Consul General in Izmir. The museum was opened to the public in 1986. The museum contains exhibits on the history of Izmir and its art. The Izmir Museum of History and Art is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and on Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Admission is free.
