Madhur

Kasargod is a district in the north-western region of Kerala, India. Kasargod is the northernmost district of the state. It is bordered by the districts of Kannur to the south, Wayanad to the east, Kodagu (Coorg) district of Karnataka to the north, and the Arabian Sea to the west. The district has a population of 1,211,898. Kasargod town is the district headquarters. The district is known for its natural beauty of the Arabian Sea and the Western Ghats. It is home to the tourist destinations Bekal Fort, Chandragiri Fort, and Valiyaparamba Backwaters.
