Ladakh Namgyal Tsemo Gompa is a Buddhist monastery located in Leh district of Ladakh region in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, northern India. The monastery was founded in 1430 by the first king of Ladakh, Tsewang Paljor. It is the most important monastery in Ladakh and is home to about 150 monks.
