Pondicherry Varadaraja Perumal Temple is a Hindu temple located in the town of Pondicherry in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The temple is dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu, and is one of the 108 Vishnu temples in the state. The temple is believed to have been built by the Pallava king Narasimhavarman I in the 7th century CE. The temple is a three-storeyed structure, and is the only temple in Pondicherry to have a tower. The temple has a number of sculptures, including a granite sculpture of Vishnu reclining on the serpent Ananta. The temple also has a shrine dedicated to the goddess Lakshmi. The temple is open from 6:00am to 12:00pm and from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
