The temple is dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva and is located in the town of Huma, in the Sambalpur district. The temple is noted for its leaning tower, which leans by about 3.5 metres (11 ft). The temple was built in the 17th century by the king of Sambalpur, Prataparudra.
