Tomb Of Sher Afghan

Afghan Tomb is a Mughal era tomb in Bardhaman district, West Bengal, India. The tomb is located on the banks of the Ajay River, about from the town of Bardhaman. The tomb is a square structure, with a dome and minarets. The tomb is said to have been built in 1640 AD by Sher Afghan, a general in the Mughal army. The tomb is said to be the burial place of Sher Afghan, his wife and son.
