Great Buddha Statue

There are a few things you should know before you go to see the Great Buddha statue in Bodhgaya. The first thing is that the Great Buddha is located inside the Mahabodhi Temple complex. The second thing is that the Mahabodhi Temple is a Buddhist pilgrimage site and is therefore always busy with people coming and going. The third thing is that the Great Buddha is a large statue and it is therefore worth taking the time to walk around it and admire the detail.
