The Granada Cathedral of Granada is a Catholic church located in the city of Granada, Andalusia, southern Spain. It is the seat of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Granada. The cathedral was commissioned by King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella in 1492 and built by the architect Diego de Siloé over the course of the next century. Siloé also built the Royal Chapel of Granada. The cathedral is a mix of Gothic, Mudejar, and Renaissance styles. The cathedral is home to the tomb of Christopher Columbus.
