Lotus Palace

The Lotus Palace is a palace located in the ruins of Hampi, in the Indian state of Karnataka. The Lotus Palace was commissioned by the Vijayanagara Empire in the 15th century, and was used as a royal palace by the Vijayanagara kings. The palace was built in the shape of a lotus flower, with its petals facing outwards. The palace is made from granite and is adorned with carvings of Hindu gods and goddesses. The Lotus Palace is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the ruins of Hampi, and is often visited by tourists and pilgrims.
