Kavaratti Islands

The Lakshadweep Islands are a group of 36 small islands in the Laccadive Sea, off the west coast of India. They are the only Indian Union Territory in the Arabian Sea. The islands are divided into three groups: the Aminidivi Islands, the Laccadive Islands, and the Minicoy Islands. The total land area of the islands is only about 32 km². The highest point in the Lakshadweep Islands is only 2.8 meters above sea level. The Lakshadweep Islands are a beautiful and exotic destination for tourists. The beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world, and the clear blue waters are perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The islands are also home to a variety of marine life, including dolphins, turtles, and coral reefs. There are also a few restaurants and cafes, and a small nightlife scene. Most people travel to the Lakshadweep Islands by boat. There are several ferries that travel to the islands from the city of Kochi, on the west coast of India.
