The Leonardo da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology is a museum in Milan, Italy, dedicated to the works of Leonardo da Vinci and other Italian Renaissance scientists and engineers. It is housed in the Palazzo dell'Arte dei Tires, a former tyre factory on the outskirts of the city. The museum was founded in 1932 as the "Museo della Scienza e della Tecnica" (Museum of Science and Technology). It was renamed in honor of Leonardo da Vinci in 1999. The museum's collection includes models of Leonardo's machines, his drawings and manuscripts, and artefacts related to his work. The Leonardo da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Admission is €8 for adults, €6 for students and seniors, and free for children under 14.
