Nenmara

Nelliyampathy is a hill station in the Palakkad district of Kerala, India. It is located in the Nelliampathy Range of the Western Ghats, about 60 km from Palakkad town. The Nelliampathy Hills form a scenic ridge of peaks, the highest being Nelliyampathy, with an elevation of 1,569 metres (5,148 ft). The area is a forest reserve and is home to a variety of wildlife. The climate is cool and refreshing, with temperatures ranging from 18 °C to 25 °C. The Nelliampathy Hills are a popular tourist destination, with trekking, hiking and plantation tours being the main attractions. Nenmara, a small town located at the base of the hills, is the main entry point for tourists.
