Tokyo National Museum is a museum in Ueno Park, Tokyo, Japan. The museum is the largest in Japan, with a collection of about 110,000 items. The museum is divided into three buildings, the Honkan (本館), the Toyokan (豊館), and the Hyokeikan (拝殿). The Honkan is the oldest, and was constructed in 1872. The Toyokan was built in 1933, and the Hyokeikan was built in 1954.
