Tamil Nadu

Tamil Nadu is a state in the southern part of India. It is the tenth largest state in India by area and the sixth largest by population. It has a coastline of about 1,000 kilometers (620 mi) and is surrounded by the states of Kerala to the west, Karnataka to the northwest, Andhra Pradesh to the north, and the union territory of Puducherry to the south. Tamil Nadu is the home of the Tamil people, who have a long and rich literary tradition. The classical Tamil language is the oldest language in the world that is still in use. Tamil Nadu is also home to two of the world's oldest civilizations, the Indus Valley Civilization and the Sangam period Tamil civilization.

Tamil Nadu has a lot to offer tourists. The state is home to some of the most beautiful temples in India, including the Meenakshi Temple, the Brihadisvara Temple, and the Rockfort Temple. Tamil Nadu is also home to some of the best beaches in India, including those at Chennai, Kanyakumari, and Rameswaram.
