Trekking

Aritar is a small village located in the East Sikkim district of the northeastern Indian state of Sikkim. The village is situated on the banks of the River Rangit, and is surrounded by forests and mountains. Aritar is a popular tourist destination, and is known for its trekking trails. The village is home to a number of monasteries, and is also a popular destination for bird watching. Aritar can be reached by road from the city of Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. The village is also served by a small airport located nearby.
