Baori

The Neemrana Baori is an ancient stepwell located in the town of Neemrana, in the Alwar district of Rajasthan, India. It is said to have been built in the 15th century by Raja Neemrana. The baori is a large, rectangular structure with a series of interconnecting, steep steps descending to a water level. It is said to have been built to provide water to the town's inhabitants during times of drought.
