This bell temple is situated in the heart of Tinsukia town and is a popular tourist destination. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is believed to be more than 400 years old. The temple is known for its large bell, which is said to be the largest in the northeast region of India. The bell is made of bronze and is 2.5 metres in height and 1.5 metres in diameter. The bell is rung 108 times every day to signify the 108 beads on a Hindu rosary.
